Voyde Wellbeing values the care, sensitivity and quality of every batch of its botanical creations. The exchange and return procedures on this page reflect the applicable Brazilian consumer rules described in our policy.

Returns, exchanges and the right to cancel

Right to cancel (change of mind)

Under Article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code, customers may withdraw from a purchase within 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date the product is received.

• Product condition: due to the nature of the products (scented candles, diffusers and mists), a returned item must be completely intact, unused and unlit, in its original unopened packaging and accompanied by all seals and accessories.
• Refund: after the product reaches our atelier and its condition has been checked, the full amount paid for the product and original delivery will be refunded using the original payment method within up to 7 business days.

Defective products or damage in transit

If a product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, such as a broken glass vessel:

• Contact us by email within 30 (thirty) days of receipt.
• Please provide a photo or video showing the condition of the item to help us assess the issue.
• Voyde Wellbeing will arrange return shipping at no cost and send an identical replacement or, if the limited batch is unavailable, issue a credit or refund.
